What You'll Experience

Before we meet, there’s nothing you need to prepare.
You’re invited to arrive exactly as you are, carrying whatever feels most present for you in this moment. Our time together unfolds slowly and intentionally, allowing space for clarity to emerge without being rushed or forced.

There’s no expectation to have it all figured out — just a willingness to explore.

The Session: 60 Minutes of Focused Reflection

Opening: Presence & Grounding (10 minutes)

We don't rush. We begin by arriving fully.

You'll be guided through a brief meditation to ground into your body, your breath, this moment. We set sacred space together where your truth can speak.

The Exploration: Mindful Tarot (40 minutes)

This is where the main exploration takes place.

Using a Tarot spread chosen specifically for your question, we explore together. This is not about interpretation being given to you, but a dialogue between you, the symbols, and your own understanding. This is a dialogue —between you, the symbols, and your own inner knowing.

We explore:

  • The patterns that can be difficult to see from within

  • The questions that may have been sitting beneath the surface

  • The wisdom you already carry but can't quite access through the noise

  • The clarity that emerges when you stop and truly listen

The cards become a mirror. They don't tell you what will happen. They show you what's happening now—in your inner landscape, your choices, your heart. The space is held with care and attention, allowing insight to emerge through thoughtful conversation and reflection.

And you remember what you already knew.

Integration: Embodiment & Next Steps (5 minutes)

Insight becomes meaningful when it is given space to settle

and be carried forward.

We close by grounding the wisdom into your body and your life:

  • Where do you feel this in your body?

  • What's one small aligned action you can take?

  • What practice might support you in carrying this forward

Closing: Honouring the Work (5 minutes)

We close the sacred space together. I ensure you feel resourced, grounded, and ready to carry this clarity into your daily life.

You'll leave with:

Specific reflection questions to journal with

A tailored mindfulness practice

Tangible next steps that feel aligned (not forced)

After Our Session

Within 24 hours, you'll receive:

  • A high-quality photo of your Tarot spread

  • My written reflections on what emerged

  • The questions we explored together

This becomes your anchor—something to return to when the noise of daily life creeps back in.

  • 7-Day Integration Support

Day 3: You'll receive a check-in email with additional reflection prompts. How are the insights landing?

Day 7: A final touchpoint. What's shifted? What questions have emerged?

You can reply with updates or questions—I read every response.

The work doesn't end when our session does. This is where the work continues beyond the session.
