2. Cancellation by You (Client)

2.1 Individual Sessions (1-1)

More than 48 hours before your session:

  • Full refund or free reschedule

24-48 hours before your session:

  • 50% refund or reschedule with a £15 rescheduling fee

Less than 24 hours before your session:

  • No refund

  • Reschedule available for a £25 fee (subject to availability)

No-show (failure to attend without notice):

  • No refund or reschedule

2.2 Workshops & Group Sessions (Friends, Family, Groups)

More than 14 days before the session:

  • Full refund or free reschedule

7-14 days before the session:

  • 50% refund or reschedule with a 10% rescheduling fee

Less than 7 days before the session:

  • No refund

  • Reschedule may be available subject to availability and a 20% rescheduling fee

No-show:

  • No refund or reschedule

2.3 Team & Organization Sessions (Corporate)

More than 21 days before the session:

  • Full refund or free reschedule

14-21 days before the session:

  • 50% refund or reschedule with a 15% rescheduling fee

Less than 14 days before the session:

  • No refund

  • Reschedule may be available subject to availability and a 25% rescheduling fee

No-show:

  • No refund or reschedule

2.4 Community Membership

Monthly subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime via email or account settings

  • No refunds for partial months

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period

Annual subscriptions:

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase (pro-rata refund for unused months)

  • After 14 days, no refunds, but you retain access for the full year

3. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)

We will respond within 24-48 hours to confirm your cancellation or reschedule.

4. Cancellation by Us (The Seekers Pathway)

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a session due to:

  • Illness or personal emergency

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

If we cancel your session:

  • You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost

  • We will notify you as soon as possible (ideally 48+ hours in advance)

  • We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of approval

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method

  • If you paid by bank transfer, please provide your bank details for the refund

6. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

  • Rescheduling fees (where applicable) must be paid before the new session is confirmed

  • Sessions can only be rescheduled once within a 12-month period without incurring additional fees

7. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for a session:

  • We will do our best to accommodate the remaining time

  • The session will still end at the scheduled time (no extensions)

  • No refunds will be provided for time lost due to late arrival

For online sessions, if you miss the start time due to technical difficulties on your end, the session will proceed as scheduled without extensions or refunds.

8. Technical Issues (Online Sessions)

If technical issues on our end prevent the session from proceeding:

  • We will reschedule at no cost or provide a full refund

If technical issues on your end (e.g., poor internet connection, device problems) prevent you from joining:

  • Standard cancellation terms apply

  • We recommend testing your connection in advance

9. Group Bookings – Individual Participant Cancellations

For group sessions (workshops, team sessions):

  • If one or more participants cancel, the session will still proceed if minimum numbers are met

  • No refunds for individual participants unless the entire booking is canceled

10. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances:

  • Contact us as soon as possible

  • We will work with you to find a fair and compassionate solution

11. Non-Refundable Deposits

Where a deposit is required to secure a booking:

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the session

  • Deposits can be transferred to a future booking (subject to availability and rescheduling fees)
